The environment of foods
One thought I've had now for a while is the enviornment I have around me while eating.
 
Snacking is my weak foot. I try to snack, but I do it the wrong way. There is a scene for all the cravings - but if the scene not is right - the snack is not giving you the sensation. 
 
When I eat a meal the settings should be me, plate, table, sitting down, no distractions or a social contact (person) that I am enjoying the one hour I need to sit to finish my meal.
 
When I eat a snack the setting is diffirent, it should be me, bowl on a sofa table, sofa, movie that I actually focus on and could also be another person to share the movie with.
 
I also realized that my eating must change. I even think it is going to change to become more normal. Vegan 90% of the time, but more other meals than I am used to. My sizes need to get a little smaller as well, one normal plate or bowl is enough. And I suppose I'll incorporate a little more egg into my diet. It is really nice with some fried rice or in oatmeal/ banana pancakes.
 
* Pancakes or oatmeals breakfast with some coffe on a lazy mornings.Or an accaia bowl / avocado toast on a eating-out-day morning.
* Eat-out-lunch plantbased bowls/ sushi/ Thai/ Asian/ salads/ burrito on a workday with sparkling water.
* Home made 3-meal misosoup / salad + grainbowl/ sushi + chocolate truffle desert on stay at home dinners.
* Moviesnacking on popcorn, fruitplate, veggieplate carrot, cellery, banana icecream and a warm cup of tea or coffee.
 
A warm/ iced cup of sweet tumeric tea in front of the computer after a long day out.
